The fist workshop of the Life ElClimA project was concluded on the 21st of March in Athens with great success. During the workshop, which was attended by more than 30 scientists and representatives of competent authorities, the project team presented the operational plans for the concrete conservation and scientific project actions, while species experts presented a review of their research findings in Greece and abroad with regard to Eleonora’s Falcon breeding, migratory and wintering period. The participants had a thorough discussion on ways to improve the implementation of the project actions, as well as on new approaches to deal with the most important issues in terms of the species’ conservation and protection at an international level.
